Shipping policy

We currently use Australia Post for all order shipment, except for Free Local Delivery (see below). 

Orders received by 2pm Monday to Friday will be processed and shipped same day. Orders received after 2 pm Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or a Public Holiday will be processed and shipped on the next business day. Excludes Free Local Delivery (see below).

Shipping options are as follows:

STANDARD Postage Flat Rate is $11. Estimates are 2 - 8 business days. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information on expected delivery times.

EXPRESS Postage Flat Rate is $13. Estimates are next day delivery. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information on expected delivery times.

FREE STANDARD shipping on orders OVER $150. Please refer to Australia Post website for more information on expected delivery times.

FREE DELIVERY within 10 km of Wray Cres, Mt Evelyn. This is the best option for our locals. Local deliveries are conducted Monday to Saturday. All attempts will be made to deliver your order for free by the next business day. Any special requests should be noted in your order and we will do our upmost to fulfill.

CLICK & COLLECT is available. You will be emailed when your order is ready for collection.
